Nutrition advice

I won’t give you a set meal plan, because I believe planning meals yourself will teach you the value of food and install positive habits to last forever. I will provide you with a list of healthy options you can fit within your macros, then you can make informed choices whilst still enjoying what you eat.

Accountability

We’ll check-in weekly to discuss how the positives from the previous week & any changes we’ll make to set you up for another great week ahead. I’ll also message you 3 times a week (minimum) to ensure you’re on track & celebrating successes. You also have access to contact me via WhatsApp, so whenever you’re in need of help or advice, I’m here to support you.
